Two retired teachers will show your home the same care they showed their students over 30+ year teaching careers. MR Homewatch is dedicated to providing exceptional home care for your home. Reliable, consistent and organized visits to your home while you are away!
Our Services
What to expect on each visit
Exterior
•Walk exterior perimeter of home to check for signs of damage.
•Check lanai, pool condition, yard condition.
•Visually check pool pump & equipment for obvious issues (no chemicals)
•Check screens and porch enclosures for tears or damage
•Check air conditioner drain line for water leaks or blockage
•Turn on/off water (if requested)

Interior
•Turn down a/c to test for cooling
•Visually inspect inside of property, including garage and lanai.
•Visual inspect for signs of water leaks/damage, mold & mildew, insects and rodents.
•Run water in sinks and tubs, flush & clean toilets (brushes/cleaner provided by client)
•Check toilets and under sinks for leaks
•Run garbage disposal
•Check refrigerator/freezer(s).
•Check breaker panel for tripped breakers.
•Check hot water tank for leaks
• (charges may apply bases on number of plants)
•Verify doors and windows are secure.
•Check main water valve is turned off after each inspection

Water plants, meet with contractors, pest control or any necessary other service providers,
bring packages inside etc.
Electronic inspection checklist completed during each home watch inspection and emailed to client.
